X3Watch PRO and X3watch Mobile products come with full technical support. This page will give you a list of the most common questions we receive for each of our products.

If you are using X3watch for iPhone, iPad, iPod or X3watch for Android and are having any issues please post a support ticket but please read the FAQ below before posting a support ticket. If you question is covered in one of the FAQ please do not submit another ticket.
We are a ministry first, but we are working really hard on all our software platforms to insure that you have the latest, most efficient and trustworthy software in the app market. Some of the issues you may be having HAVE BEEN FIXED with the newest update (iPhone 1.3.3 - Released May 13 We apologize for any inconvenience and just ask for your patience as we work as quickly as possible to resolve the issues.
*There are three different X3watch products as of right now.
-X3watch free - This is available for desktop and laptop computers only and has no tech support. We have 1 million people using this product. You can download it here - http://www.x3watch.com/x3watchfreebuy.html
-X3watch Mobile - We have mobile products for the iPhone, iPad, iPod and Androids. There is a one time fee for this that is $6.99. These products used to be free but have started charging to pay for the ongoing support and development.
-X3watchPRO - This is our newest product and is currently only available for desktop and laptop computers. This is not available on Mobile devices. The fee is $7 a month or $75 a year and works on up to three computers, has dedicated technical support and works on a mac or a pc.
Here are FAQ for mobile products:
1. The settings page keeps popping up every time I get on. Is this normal?
No. This issue has been fixed in the 1.3.3 update.
2. My accountability partner is getting the same report over and over/ My accountability partner is not getting any reports.
This is an error we are experiencing with the app right now, but was fixed with 1.3.3 update
3. I have added my accountability partners but it continues to tell me I need to add one.
Issue fixed in 1.3.3.
4. What does it mean when I receive this message "User has knowingly closed the application"?
This means the user has turned off the X3watch filter and you are receiving an email notification.
5. Is X3watch available for Blackberry or Windows phone and will it be for the future?
X3watch is not available for the Blackberry or Windows phones and as of now, there is no plan for that in the future.
6. Is there a free version of X3watch for my computer?

7. X3watch isn't loading on my iPad.
This is also a glitch we have fixed in 1.3.3
8. Does X3watch monitor what I'm looking at in other apps (i.e. twitter or facebook or anything)
No. Apple or google do not allow one app to enter another. We do not have access to what you view through another app.
9. Is X3watch available in other languages?
No.
10. Is there any way that the X3watch mobile can block websites?
No. The X3watch mobile version is only a monitoring software, reporting what you view but it cannot block websites, however X3watchPro will do this for your computer.
11. Do the accountability reports ever lie?
No. If a site has been listed as viewed, then it has in fact been viewed by someone using the phone/ computer. There are a few sites that get overlooked sometimes by X3watch. Always ask your partner if he/she has looked at anything besides what their reports mention.
12. If I purchase this for my phone and end up getting a new phone do I have to purchase this again?
No. You only have to pay for the app once. You can go into your iTunes and upload it, or you can go to iTunes or Android market and download it again. It will ask you if you want to "purchase" the app. Say yes. It will then tell you you've already purchased this. Proceed and it will download it, without charging you twice.
13. Why does X3watch have a +17 rating?
Since X3watch for iPhone is a web browser and is not a filter, Apple has said it has to be labeled +17 because it has unrestricted internet access via the browser.
